Hi, I’m Kayla — a Minnesota-based lifestyle photographer and full-time administrative assistant local to Chaska, MN.
I shoot a variety of styles, but I mainly do couples/engagement photos and portraits. I have dabbled in some group events as well!
Photography has been part of my life since high school, when I first picked up a camera and realized how much I enjoyed documenting what was around me. Over time, it’s become a steady creative outlet for me outside of work and something I genuinely love coming back to.
I care a lot about making sure your photos feel genuine, flattering, and like you. I’m drawn to natural moments, simple compositions, and creating images that feel relaxed and true to real life.
When I’m not shooting or working, I have an array of hobbies!
- Traveling and camping with my husband Kyle
- Reading in my book nook with one of our three cats
- Running and strength training
- Crafting, crocheting, and painting
- Baking sourdough and cooking (especially using fresh veggies from our garden!)
